JOB SUMMARY

The Technology Organization Application Analyst position will be part of the Marketing Portfolio under Customer Technology Solutions within the Electric Technology Solutions tower, responsible for providing support to Marketing and Sales solutions across all three electric operating companies. Position responsibilities include all aspects of production support, solution delivery, vendor accountability and managing business partner relationships. The position will work with a variety of organizations which will require excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, time management, planning, and organizational skills. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills are critical. This position will support several applications with a focus on the Network Lighting Controls suite of technology solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

BS/BA in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related degree

Experience:

  • Extensive experience with implementing, integrating, and supporting technology solutions.

  • Experience developing applications with Microsoft .Net, Java, and other platforms preferred.

  • Ability to build relationships and work with all levels of management, vendors, and other internal and external groups.

  • Experience leading and managing technology projects including coordinating resources and tasks across multiple teams and business units.

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:

  • Knowledge and understanding of software development technologies, methodology and associated tools.

  • Knowledge and experience developing in C# and the .NET framework.

  • Experience working with either Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.

  • Understanding of service-oriented and enterprise architectures.

  • Excellent root cause analysis & problem-solving skills.

  • Self-starter who can proactively manage multiple workstreams and efforts.

  • Strong project management skills including the ability to effectively organizes tasks, manages multiple priorities/details, and meets tight deadlines.

  • Strong, concise, and clear oral and written communication skills.

  • Effective consulting skills with proven ability to influence others.

  • Builds productive relationships with a focus on cooperation & teamwork.

  • Open to using artificial intelligence to automate processes and improve efficiency.

  • Develop, implement, integrate, and/or support technology solutions in a manner that meets or exceeds customer expectations for quality, cost, and timeliness.

  • Hold vendors accountable for delivering on time and against their statement of work.

  • Communicate effectively and timely with customers, team members, and management.

  • Provide timely, consistent, effective production application support.

  • Build effective relationships with peers, management, and business partners.

  • Ensure required documentation for projects is developed.

  • Adhere to Change Management policies and procedures.

  • Respond/Resolve quickly & effectively to all operational problems.

  • Build effective relationships with peers, management, and business partners.

  • Ensure timely and reliable performance of applications for our Business Partners.

  • Demonstrate the ability to adhere to Business Partner Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
