STAINLESS TANK & EQUIPMENT CO National Fleet Sales Manager in BELOIT, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: SCOPE OF ROLE The National Fleet Manager is responsible for maximizing the company\'s overall revenue streams for products and services sold. This position champions STE\'s mission to provide its customers with the best industry solutions and leads their team in differentiating STE from its competitors in ways that generate higher levels of trust and credibility with our customers. Analysis and research historical trends, market trends, market capacity, purchasing trends, and competitive environment to drive strategy development and execution for new business acquisition (large fleets). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Duties and Responsibilities Identifies opportunities for growth and development of existing accounts using a consultive based solution approach Develops and executes business plans and strategies to continually increase top line revenue, maximize margins, and increase market share Analyzes metrics and tools to identify new opportunities for target customer acquisition and existing customer retention Produces accurate forecasts for both existing and new business opportunities Develops and maintains strategic account plans with all accounts Links customer objectives to product solutions delivering a total value offering that creates a competitive advantage Creates partnering opportunities with customer principles and key industry executives. Develops credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment Participates with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback on products and features as well as competitive information Actively participates in key industry associations and events Remains able to work from home when not traveling (50% to 75% travel) Problem solves and communicates effectively with work team Contributes ideas for continuous improvement of workflow and processes Follows all safety guidelines and procedures Performs other duties as assigned ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of progressive sales experience working with strategic/national accounts Interpersonal, Leadership, and Technical Skills Strong collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills Sales Process Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public Excellent team and project management skills Experience with all Microsoft Office applications Experience in manufacturing (preferred) Experience in the transportation industry (preferred) Must be able to effectively communicate verbally Hunter mentality Critical thinking Growth minded Manages complexity Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mail a Rsum: 801 4th Street, Beloit WI 53511 E-Mail a Rsum: slatham@stainlesstanker.com
