Creative Circle Digital Marketing Strategist (13179) in Bloomington, Minnesota

Our CPG client is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist in a long-term freelance role. This role is: - 30-40 hours/week - Hybrid onsite 2-3 days/week - 3-6 months with potential to extend and even convert to direct-hire The ideal candidate: - Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Digital Strategist, ideally in both an agency and corporate setting. Prior experience as a Strategist is required in order to be considered / qualified. - Experience across email, social, paid and organic tactics. - Experience working across key stakeholders and different business units - Creative and analytical thinker that can review current campaigns and find new opportunities for each specific brand Top Responsibilities/More details on this role: - Work with their various consumer brand teams to set up and shape digital strategies for each of their brands. You will work with each distinguished brand to set them up for success and identify key strategies + tactics that will grow their brands' awareness, goals, and ROI. Goal of this role / overarching strategy is to go wide, not deep, with what channels to use. - Digital channels that you will assist on the strategy are included, but not limited to, emails, social, and display ads. - Evaluate how digital strategy efforts play not only within the specific consumer brand, but across the entire enterprise. - An example of what you will measure is email strategy: you will work with the consumer brand team to evaluate the correct email cadence, content, and work with the email-specific team to execute on strategy. Your role will be evaluating how a specific consumer brand will grow and drive consideration back to their products.
