Infinite Health Collaborative (iHealth) Patient Financial Services Manager - Revo Health in Bloomington, Minnesota

Description This position will manage and oversee all related activities for the Patient Financial Services area. This is a full-time position working daytime hours M-F out of the Revo Health Corporate Office in Bloomington, MN. Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed by Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions. Essential Functions: Oversee, monitor and supervise the daily operations of the Patient Financial Services billing team, ensuring excellent customer service through all means of communication Effectively recruit, hire, coach, train, and develop employees Conduct frequent, timely, and appropriate communications with employees through meetings and one-on-one sessions; actively participate in meetings and other communications processes; share information timely, accurately and completely with others, as needed Timely analysis of data to ensure quality standards are met and maintained as it relates monitoring accounts receivables Coordinate department daily work schedules (e.g., ensure proper staffing levels, coverage for lunch and breaks, etc.) Ensure timely annual review process for all staff according to current business practice Ensure staff members receive recognition, development, coaching, and when appropriate, counseling Review/approve/deny all requests related to payroll, PTO and other related time management items Any and all other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: High School diploma/GED or equivalent Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience. Healthcare setting preferred.
