Managed services department is looking for Test engineer to Develop/Maintain a Managed Services Test solution. Primary role is to maintain and support Automated test solutions through use of latest tools and technologies (Selenium, Appium, etc.) to conduct testing mobile device configurations for our managed customers.

This role requires interfacing closely with Managed Services Engineers and L2 Support Agents. This position offers future advancements to the right candidate into leadership roles in technical operations arm of Managed Services to lead, develop, automate and optimize Test strategies & solutions, within the Managed Services department.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, maintain and optimize test cases that covers the following

• Customer's Use Case Scenario

• Validate Product and System Features and Performance

• Delta/Change Regression testing

• Develops/maintains tests documentation which describes the specific test functionality

• Develops and maintains overall testing process

• Participates and provides input to solution and service design

• Conduct both manual and automate testing (regression and new)

• Reviews test results and perform root cause analyses for failed test.

• Provides recommendations and implements testing solutions to complex issues

• Ensure compliance with quality process and standards

• Makes changes to or upgrades installed test systems. Enhances and improves technologies to apply to new solutions

• Implements recommendations to appropriate team

• Seeks out new tools to analyze and solve problems

• Exercises judgment within defined process and procedures/practices to determine appropriate action

• Receives general instructions on routine work, new projects or assignments

• Builds productive working relationships internally and externally

• Primary intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an appropriate engineering discipline

• Previous experience in automated test environment (device farm setup), test scrips development and use case design

• Proficient knowledge of Python programming language

• 2+ years experience in related field

• Proficient in English language, written and spoken

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Experience testing Android devices

• Ability to communicate technical issue clearly to team members and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in test tools like Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework is a must have
