In this strategic role, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the senior leadership team of our Supply Chain organization from Logistics to Sourcing & Manufacturing. The HRBP will drive the HR agenda, aligning it with the businesses’ goals and objectives. Supporting development of a new vision and supply chain strategy for 2026+ will be a key task.

In addition to responsibilities in supply chain, the HRBP will also support large change projects across the full ultrasound organization, from integration of acquisitions and organization changes to culture initiatives.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Supply Chain leader and his team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives and foster a high-performance culture in an organization with global footprint in 11 locations from US to Europe to India and China.

  • Support the development of Ultrasound’s Supply Chain vision & strategy, and the subsequent executions of such plans over multiple years

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related issues, providing expert guidance and recommendations

  • Drive the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent development & succession planning, organizational design, employee engagement and employee engagement across multiple countries around the globe

  • Lead large scale Change Management projects across the Ultrasound organization through robust program management and governance. This includes, but is not limited to integration of acquisitions, culture change intervention and large organization changes.

  • Partner with HRMs that support the Supply Chain teams locally, and ensure any action meets requirement of local labor laws and regulations

  • Analyze HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, propose improvements, and develop proactive solutions to address HR challenges

  • Stay current with supply chain trends and best practices in HR and recommend innovative approaches to enhance programs and processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience as business partner, with a desired preference of focus on supply chain and/or strategic change management

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with a diverse workforce

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor law and regulations

  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders and executives to drive HR initiatives and support business goals.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
