This opportunity requires a candidate to work in a hybrid model three days per week in the Fort Lauderdale, FL, area.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

• Performing requirements analysis.

• Provide support of any high-level analysis by documentation of current as-is and future interim state architecture.

• Produce both high level and detailed workflow diagrams when required and drive overall business analysis with interested parties.

• Analyze the impact of projects on business outcomes, and collection of business and system information and requirements Act as the key interface between the users and the project manager they gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical; or business-related discipline

• 1-3 years’ experience in a Business Analysis capacity

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

• Advanced technical skills.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• A track record of following through on commitments.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• CBAP, ECBA or related certifications in data analytics or project management is a plus.

• Familiarity with project management concepts, tools or software like Microsoft Project or Jira is preferred.

• Basic understanding of programming languages is encouraged.

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $44,500 - $133,500.
