As a Senior Manager you will be reporting to Business Process Improvement Leader (Global), you will assume responsibility to drive business transformation and digitization capability. You will act as a change agent, drive strategic business transformation initiatives aimed to achieve optimal performance. You will collaborate with business leadership to create a process transformation strategy, develop recommendations, and support the execution of improvement initiatives through re-engineering, automation, and digitization initiatives.

The role will provide a unique opportunity to participate as part of internal consulting group that helps our business functions transform their businesses through a blend of process re-engineering, process automation and KPI management. What you will do:

  • Lead the design and deployment of tailor-made integrated operational and digital transformation programs in line with business requirement.

  • In close collaboration with business leadership, identify and define improvement opportunities that support the business' strategic objectives.

  • Manage the analytics and data transformation portfolio using appropriate analytics framework.

  • Provide expertise and advice to business leaders to accomplish the desired outcomes.

  • Develop customized dashboards, optimization models for inventory, procurement, logistics, forecasting, Sales & Operations, and shop-floor scheduling planning processes.

  • Identify key business metrics (Financial & Operational) and populate them on regular basis.

  • Generate leads and build project pipeline (Business Development) by ensuring faster turnaround of improvement projects and establishing success stories in quick succession.

  • Create and deploy effective BPI branding and communication strategy.

  • Participate in analytics projects and business initiatives as they arise in SC operations.

  • Develop mathematical / analytical models for resolving complex business problems.

  • Create dashboards / applications using Power BI, Power Apps, Tableau, MS-Access and advanced excel.

  • Build organizational capability improvement framework around innovative solutions, latest trends and methodologies and ensuring all staff are adequately trained on appropriate tools and techniques.

  • Define annual BPI operating plan in-line with business strategy (Hoshin Kanri; X-Matrix approach) and deliver the annual BPI strategic plan by executing and mentoring projects having wide business impact

What you need:

  • 12 - 15 years of demonstrated program management experience in more than one discipline (Logistics, Operations, Finance, R&D, Customer Management, etc.).

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Project Management and Lean Six Sigma certification desired but not essential.

  • Strong analytical mindset, able to turn data into information.

  • Must be fully qualified and have delivered analytical solutions using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, R, Python, SQL Coding, Java Coding, Alteryx, data crunching, advanced excel modeling, VBA coding & macro writing.

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience with problem-solving methodologies; experience with both small- and large-scale business transformation, organizational transformation, and process redesign

  • Business-savvy individual with ability to drive key business outcome

  • Financial acumen and ability to develop compelling business cases - tie operating metrics to the financial metrics.

  • Highly developed communication, collaboration and influencing skills, including ability to create stakeholder buy-in.

  • Must be fully qualified and have delivered Program/Project methods, techniques, and terminology in significant Programs.

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated strategic capabilities, problem solving and change management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication, listening, influencing and management skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated leadership and experience in leading without authority.

  • International Travel could be at 20-30% given the business needs
