[[Working under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy, this role will proactively support the Vegas Chamber's voice, marketing assets, and online presence. Alongside the Vice President, this role will maintain a detailed schedule of member activation, brand presentations, creative graphics, and photo/video needs. This position also coordinates Vegas Chamber media assets including a member-centric TV show, magazine, and website. This individual will be the voice of the brand, while maintaining the integrity of the organization.

[[As a servant leader of the community, the Marketing and Digital Strategist delivers support to our Vegas Chamber membership through branded events, and media assets. Support includes, but is not limited to, targeted content production, branded graphics, presentation for sales and events, as well as creating new resources aimed to connect the Chamber, its members, and the community.

[[This individual will be attentive to details and ensure accuracy across all online platforms. The successful candidate will be a team player, expected to communicate effectively as a liaison between departments and external vendors. Other tasks may include audio/video/image editing/creation, basic coding in web languages, short-form copywriting or proofing of copy being posted online, implementation of content strategies, and documenting solutions or best practices. Expected to support and be knowledgeable about a variety of digital tools such as digital asset management systems, marketing automation platforms, new social media capabilities, webinar suites, online ad services and analytics platforms. Expected to problem-solve, assist the Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy in developing new digital solutions based on digital metrics to drive results and deliver on requests in a timely and efficient manner with professionalism.

Manage the marketing assets of the organization including: the branded website, graphics, magazine and television show

Build, develop and implement overall digital marketing strategy in alignment

Produce, execute, and elevate compelling digital media campaigns and content to elevate the brand personality through member-focused stories and coverage of Chamber events, services, and programs.

Manage digital content and post-production of Chamber events which includes photography, videos, and social media reels

Provide regular reporting and analytics on digital activities and engagement to drive strategy and conversions

Direct and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos, etc. to elevate the Chamber's brand.

Increase web and brand presence through SEO strategies and social media platforms

Measure return on investment, SEO, and report on Google Analytics.

Manage and audit the Chamber website domains

Manages and advertising schedule and placements on all Chamber assets (Magazine and TV show)

Integrate with sales and membership development teams for member-focused content creation

Regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies and provide report to supervisor
