Envelopes Account Manager (Hybrid)

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this role is responsible for:

Opportunity is hybrid based out of our Stratford, London office.

Your role in our future

  • Generating revenue and unit targets in line with the annual budget.

  • Create a hunting mentality to generate new business within the Envelopes Department.

  • You will be required to outbound to warm leads to create quotes and generate new revenue for the department.

  • Specific responsibilities would include the sale of Envelopes & Stationery, as defined by Quadient, to achieve the monthly and annual revenue targets, by maintaining activity and adherence levels.

  • You will maintain the required quality of business and deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers at all times.

Your profile

  • You’ll ideally have at least 6 months experience working in a similar role, but we are willing to forego this for someone with the right attitude and passion to deliver

  • You are passionate, hungry for success and driven by hitting goals

  • You’ll be able to demonstrate a contagious, positive outlook and are full of energy

  • You’re a natural relationship builder, able to strike up a conversation and easily build rapport

  • You’re willing, and able, to learn fast and feel their way through a new market

  • You’re prepared to be tested and push yourselves to your limits

  • You are resilient, able to adapt to the needs of the customer

  • You are self-aware, and confident in overcoming objections or hurdles
