The Headlines:

In the role of Manager – Supply & Service working in Longueuil Brewery, you will be responsible for Supply Planning & Customer Service across multiple plants/DC's in the Canadian Network. Lead a team of individuals responsible for creating, optimizing, and executing a Supply Plan over a 1-to-12-week window. Make sure our customers/Sales team receive excellent communication/service on out-of-stock dates, in stock dates, pricing and LTO's/innovation.

Build/Own multiple cross functional relationships across MCBC - CSE peers, brewery, commercials & distribution.

This position reports to Director Supply & Service Canada

The Responsibilities:

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 3-5 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.

  • Service team is the main point of contact for MCBC customers, and all of their product supply needs.

  • Lead a team of supply planners who are responsible for the APO output (Supply Plan) to create feasible production plans, taking into account strategic stock policies and critical resource availability (could be plant, labor or materials) and where necessary allocate multi-sourced products to alternative lines or plant.

  • Build and maintain multiple internal relationships, including Sales, Category Management, Finance, Customer Operations, Breweries & Distribution

  • Participate/Lead multiple Business Objectives/Processes and bring a CDN Supply & Service POV. (i.e. Supply Review, S&OP, CSE weekly, Execution Readiness, ONA, Innovation)

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have at least 5-8 years experience in CPG experience, Supply Planning, Customer Service

  • North America Travel 4 -6 times per year.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives

  • Ability to translate strategy into simple and efficient processes and business solutions

  • Ability to influence all level of employees, management, and suppliers
