Job Description

Insight Global seeks a Product Owner with specialized experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In this role, you'll deliver capabilities related to journey management, cloud pages, automation, and data extensions across diverse teams and brands. As the Product Owner, you'll manage a backlog of business requirements, collaborate with development teams, and ensure timely, quality delivery through an Agile process. The ideal candidate will make data-driven decisions, communicate effectively, pay attention to details, and maintain a consistent work ethic. This position focuses on product ownership within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, fostering strong partnerships with counterparts in Data, Integrations, Marketing Operations, and Content teams. Responsibilities span product development, user support, governance, and security.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience as a Product Owner

    * Extensive experience implementing/managing daily operations for Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    * Experience with journey build, contact model, automation including SQL queries, SSJS scripts, extracts, data extension build and usage

    * Experience with Software Development Lifecycle specific to Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    * Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connector and Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

    * Must have the following certifications:

     * Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

Marketing Cloud Consultant (or Functional Consultant) * Certifications:

   * Marketing Cloud Developer

   * Marketing Cloud Administrator

  * Bachelor's Degree
