JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Are you someone who enjoys leading change management activities, assessing the impact of change, and supporting organizational and user readiness? Join us, and together we will create value while focusing on the people-side of change. The Portfolio and Project Management Office (PPMO) is forming a new service. We deliver positive change for our stakeholders. Our first dedicated change manager will join over 20 dedicated professionals overseeing strategic and high-value IT projects and programs sponsored by the Division of Information Technology\'s (DoIT), UW-Madison, and UW System Administration partners. This position will support DoIT\'s effort to more deeply understand how different cybersecurity architectures and solutions can assist with lowering campus risk. They will create and implement change management strategies and plans ensuring stakeholders are informed, progress through the stages of change, and can develop the knowledge and skills they need to be successful. Similar to other roles on our team, this position will carry this first initiative forward, then transition to different DoIT and/or Campus needs. Responsibilities: Provides advanced technical, analytical, and strategic guidance for information technology (IT) projects. Manages vendor workflow and deliverables for complex, enterprise-wide projects and facilitates project status communication to clients to support IT developments necessary for mission related functions. 15% Serves as a main point of contact for clients in the development and implementation of complex and enterprise-wide projects 25% Provides advanced technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
