The role:

The Senior Patient Recruitment Lead will support the development and execution of Patient Recruitment and Retention strategies and tactics appropriate to the awarded study needs and in alignment with the Sponsor requirements. The Sr. PR Lead will manage large, global campaigns with multiple tactics working in parallel and be responsible for dynamic campaign management based on enrollment metrics.

Description:

  • Digital campaign expert in the clinical trials space with responsibility for developing effective global clinical study/program specific media campaigns

  • Client facing subject matter expert able to communicate campaign elements, nuances, targets, and performance

  • Responsible for the creation of study specific campaign funnels, KPIs, and analytics plans

  • Critically analyze campaign performance and dynamically manage outreach campaign strategy to optimize return on investment

  • Oversight of campaign execution performed by digital team members

  • Liaises with patient recruitment opts team to ensure alignment with overall study recruitment plan

  • Build relationships with patient advocacy groups in target therapeutic areas and negotiate outreach opportunities to constituents

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and up to date on changing regional/country level media channels

  • Able to quickly identify the patient value proposition and ensure the digital outreach campaign is highly targeted to ensure patient action

  • May be required to manage campaigns directly for high priority clients

  • Out of the box thinker who like collaborating across a team and enjoys sharing knowledge with others

Experience:

  • 5-8+ years digital campaign development & management experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years work in clinical trials and drug development

  • Strong presenting and sales skills

  • Strong global experience including EU, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and AsiaPac (preferred)

  • Diverse therapeutic area knowledge (preferred)
