*The Headlines:   *

In the role of  Project Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain Capabilities team.  You will plan, organize, schedule, and manage the implementation of the leadership approved projects in the Molson Coors way. The majority of the projects associated with this position are initiated by the Marketing/Commercial teams in support of our innovation, emerging and non alc growth aspirations and aligned with MCBC strategy.

This position reports to the Innovation Program Manager and works closely with our Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Partnership, Innovation, Brand, Customer Operations and Sales Activation teams.

*The Responsibilities: *

  • Capability to utilize internal, external and consultant resources to achieve set objectives and/or complete projects

  • Ability to analyze data and recognize detrimental trends that could impact the company through increased costs, potential regulatory issues or risk management impact

  • Apply project management framework and other expertise to the implementation of approved projects and complete per plan

  • Development of timeline in Microsoft Project, management of critical path and maintain stakeholder engagement and communication

  • Commitment to customer service with maintained customer focus and customer involvement

*The Other Qualifications: *

  • Ability to work on multiple projects with dynamic or undefined scope.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or related OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of supply chain and project management

  • You have at least 5 years experience in Project Management

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

  • Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment

  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business

  • You are a skilled negotiator focused on the client; your constant curiosity fosters your innovative style and you can equally execute ideas given to you

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project Professional, One Note, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  

  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments  

  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
