The pay range is $54,800.00 - $98,600.00

About the Role:

As the Accelerator Program Manager you will be responsible for Target Accelerators across marketing, execution, program operations and systems throughout the Accelerators lifecycle, which includes brand sourcing, community impact efforts, educational programs and business development. Core responsibilities will include:

Marketing and Engagement Support:

  • You will be responsible for marketing tactics, including pipeline marketing strategies to achieve broad scope goals. This includes content creation, visual asset design/development and copy writing, while continuously applying learnings about emerging brands and their needs.

  • You will be a liaison to help manage supporting agencies to execute best-in-class materials and content against pipeline marketing strategies, ensuring high-impact work is delivered and fundamental support needs are met.

  • You will create and manage playbooks and curriculum for programs.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating with the Lead Program Managers in creating content in support of activations and general marketing activities, including decks, email communication and assorted collateral.

  • You will build relationships with key internal partners to facilitate end-to-end support of Accelerators brand experience, including Legal, Finance, Comms and Merchandising

  • Other duties, as assigned.

Program Support:

  • You will coordinate educational and community impact efforts with Lead Program Manager(s).

  • You will help coordinate events in support of program initiatives and pipeline engagement and managing key details.

  • You will provide administrative program support for things such as program supplies, gifting and inventory management.

  • You will attend select external events in support of sourcing and community impact strategy.

  • You will represent Target in the local community, both actively and passively

Operations:

  • You will support the team with one-off projects such as startup ecosystem research projects, data analysis and event coordination.

  • You will contribute to the execution of Target’s Accelerator strategy, including during travel, extended night and weekend hours (in support of hybrid/in-person programming) on an as needed basis.

  • You will be responsible for systems across the Target Accelerators portfolio, including but not limited to:

  • Microsoft Suite

  • Survey platforms, Calendly, Zoom, Slack

  • HubSpot, Submittable, Wordpress /Other Website CMS systems

  • You will be responsible for expense tracking and payables:

  • Invoice payments

  • Vendor set-up

  • You will assist in records management:

  • Due diligence paperwork

  • Asset collection, management and organization

About You:

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

  • Self-motivated and proactive in the working environment; proven ability to work with speed and accuracy to deadlines is essential

  • Organized, process and detail-oriented

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation and communication skills

  • Multimedia production and graphic design experience, with proven ability to create compelling visual materials

  • Keen interest in innovation, startups and entrepreneurship

  • Experience with diverse and inclusive experiences and environments, with the ability to create rapport, transparency and confidence with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Adobe tools including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
