Reporting to the Head of Early Careers in our Energy, Security & Technology business unit, we’re looking for a new team member to manage and coordinate the UK graduate and intern programmes.

Many of our graduates are based in Warrington, Bristol, Glasgow and Stockton, therefore proximity to one of those locations would be beneficial however, we are happy to consider applicants from across the UK providing you are happy to occasionally travel as required.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Acting as the ambassador for the Graduate and Intern programmes to promote awareness across key groups such as Operations, Talent Acquisition and HR

  • Partnering with leaders across the business to understand future talent requirements

  • Leading on the programmes’ recruitment strategy, including web advertising and coordination of career fair attendance

  • Delivering programme awareness training to line managers and mentors

  • Ensuring a robust and engaging experience for programme participants, including pastoral care support

  • Managing the planning and delivery of bi-annual in-person graduate events

  • Providing ongoing communication and support to programme participants, their managers and mentors
