The RPA Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and designing solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and experience in implementing RPA solutions.

As an RPA Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities, streamline processes, and optimize operational efficiency.

In this role, a typical day will look like :

  • Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend RPA solution and Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation objectives.

  • Collaborate with RPA developers to design and develop automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

  • Create detailed documentation including process maps, business requirements, and solution designs.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to determine the potential benefits of automation.

  • Perform testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards and provide training/ support to end-users on using automated processes effectively.

  • Monitor and measure the performance of deployed automation solutions and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in RPA technology and best practices.

The essential requirements of the job include :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience of 8-10 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment, with a focus on process improvement and automation.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.

  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Certification in RPA (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional) is a plus.
