The primary role of the Research Advancement Admin. Principal is to provide direct support toresearch investigators within the School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning(SGSUP) within The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (The College). The RAA Principalwill support in the area of proposal preparation and submission and serve as a liaison acrosscampus between colleges, schools, departments and principal investigators in theirinteractions with the Office of Research and Sponsored Project Administration (ORSPA), aswell as assisting with higher level post-award functions. As a professional level representative,this role is positioned to have a supervisory & leadership responsibility within the unit as wellas mentoring collaboration.
