AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Business Analyst Customer Support.

The Business Analyst Customer Support role requires a skilled data analyst and machine learning specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and data engineering, and will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights and predictive models that drive business decisions. The role is responsible for the execution of cutting-edge advanced data science and analytics initiatives for the Global Customer Support team. The role will be an individual contributor role who is a hands-on analytics professional solving different use cases to provide value for different business units within the Customer Support organization.

Your Impact

  • Data Analysis and Modeling:

  • Analyze large and diverse data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.

  • Lead discussions and assess the feasibility of AI/ML solutions for business processes and outcomes.

  • Develop and implement predictive models using ML and DL algorithms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

  • Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics

  • Apply ML techniques (regression, classification, clustering, etc.) to solve business problems in areas of marketing, customer analytics, pricing, manufacturing etc...

  • Leverage ML frameworks for exploratory analysis, descriptive analysis, model deployment, model tuning and deployment.

  • Must have a strong understanding of data distributions, statistical measures, and statistical estimations.

  • Monitor machine learning models in production for model drift and data drift on Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Databricks)

  • Data Engineering:

  • Work as data engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines.

  • Leverage Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for data processing.

  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability.

  • Optimize data storage and retrieval processes.

  • Visualizes data and analytical insights for easy consumption for business using reports, dashboards, and scorecards. Uses storytelling to explain business insights to stakeholders.

  • Adheres to enterprise visualization standards and best practices. Optimizes performance of the queries involving on the fly calculations

  • Build wireframes and mock-ups of dashboards and reports as needed to deliver effective data visualizations.

  • Defines the integration points with other systems and communication of the effects of possible system changes in cooperation with other teams.

  • Works with cloud technologies to develop and deploy efficient data ingestion pipelines integrating multiple data sources.

  • Possess extensive knowledge and technical know-how on data visualization and data engineering technologies / processes to build robust and reliable data visualizations and analytics solutions.

  • Stays up to date on leading data science and visualization practices, trends, design, learning and development cycles.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Full-time Bachelor’s Degree. (Desired - Master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Applications, or equivalent business / domain experience)

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics field

  • 5+ years of experience in working on AI/ML projects and similar use cases for Automotive and/or FMCG, B2C organizations in Sales, Marketing or Pricing domains.

  • 5+ years of experience in Analytical software/language skills (Python, R, SQL, SAS)

  • 2+ years of Proficiency in AI centric libraries like Tensorflow, Keras and Pytorch

  • 2+ years of experience Distributed big data processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop)

  • 5+ years of experience in working with Cloud Technologies (AWS or GCP or Azure)

  • At least one Certifications in AWS Cloud Engineering or AWS Data Services or AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Data Engineer or related/equivalent MOOCs in Machine Learning area
