Providence St. Joseph Health Talent Management Consultant *Remote* in Renton, Washington

Description Talent Management Consultant Remote Candidates residing in AK, WA, MT, OR, CA or TX are encouraged to apply.* We are seeking a Talent Management Consultant to be a part of the Executive Talent & Development Center of Excellence. The Talent Management Consultant will be responsible for the management and success of programs that identify, develop, and place top executive talent in key roles. The Talent Management Consultant acts as a subject matter expert for initiatives such as executive talent reviews, executive performance management, and executive coaching. The Talent Management Consultant will have the following responsibilities: Support executive talent and development philosophies, strategies, solutions, processes, and supporting technology/systems to ensure vision is translated into practical actions that drive tangible results. Drive and deliver complex programs that support the identification, development, and placement of top executive talent in key roles. Serve as the subject matter expertise across the initiative life cycle, while leveraging change management and communication skills, and taking into consideration organizational goals. Build program content and resources, effectively educating and facilitating to ensure objectives are met. Collaborate with HR Field, Learning, and other key stakeholders to align and champion initiatives. Forge strong relationships with external vendors to ensure quality deliverables. Utilize data and analytics to anticipate risks, ensure program ROI, and drive continuous improvements and program enhancements. Ability to effectively communicate, utilize critical thinking skills, flex, and work independently with a high degree of self-drive and personal accountability.
