The ideal candidate will:
Have two plus years of manufacturing experience
Practice a high level of professionalism and customer care
Enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving
Possess strong communication ability both on the phone and through email
Have a desire to learn about our various product lines
Work effectively and be flexible in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Provide excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Requirements:
Two years of experience communicating with customers/clients via phone and email in a manufacturing environment
Skilled in use of Microsoft Word and Excel and possess ability to type at a speed of not less than 40 words per minute
Two plus years of ERP, CRM, or CPQ systems experience, including BOMS and routings
Ability to work on-site as a full-time employee, 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday
