VF Corporation Senior Reporting Analyst in Stabio, Switzerland
We are seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team at VF Corporation

The primary focus of this role is to utilize BPC to create, maintain accurate and distribute financial reports and provide support to users across the organization. Additionally, this role will involve the creation, maintenance, and updates of financial tools to support forecasting/planning. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will also provide BPC support and guidance to users as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecast & Planning cycle:
Responsible for submitting monthly Corporate and internal management reports in BPC.
Coordinate all submissions to Corporate, including Flash, Forecasts, Plan, Strategic Plan, and Yearend reporting.
Present and analyze foreign currency variances compared to Plan and Prior Year.
Publication of financial reports to EMEA senior leadership
Report Creation, Maintenance, Forecast Tools, and Custom Reporting Solutions:
Utilize expertise to create and maintain accurate financial reports for decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Additionally, create, update, and maintain forecast financial tools to support the planning process.
Generate ad hoc reports to address specific business needs and strategic initiatives.
Analyze data and present findings clearly to facilitate understanding and action.
Work closely with the finance department to gather requirements and deliver timely solutions.
BPC Support:
Serve as a subject matter expert for BPC, providing guidance and support to users across the organization.
Assist with system maintenance, including data validation and troubleshooting.
Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
Financial Support Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Consolidation team to implement significant changes in reporting mapping relationships.
Coordinate maintenance of reporting systems in cooperation with Corporate.
Participate in the implementation of Corporate and internal projects related to financial reporting, planning, and forecasting.
Skills for Success
You will be a professional with proven experience in business controlling and financial planning, with a strong analytical mindset and:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering
Solid software and PC skills (Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/COGNOS, BPC experience is a plus)
Experience in Financial reporting is a plus, even more if in a multinational environment
Great time management and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Strong English command (written and verbal)
Strong process and continuous improvement mindset, passion to drive changes
Excellent organizational skills & goal-oriented
Self-initiative, independent and able to handle multiple demands & competing priorities
