What you will do

  • Build and maintain the infrastructure required for ETL of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and big data technologies.

  • Collaborate with IT and Data Analytics teams to manage and oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse.

  • Develop data set processes for data modeling, mining, and production.

  • Utilize large data sets to address business issues.

  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive data solutions.

  • Develop processes for data modeling, mining, and production to ensure data accuracy and quality.

  • Implement systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes.

  • Educate and train stakeholders on data consumption best practices to improve company-wide data fluency and decision-making.

What you need

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or Computer Information Systems preferred.

  • English and Spanish advanced proficiency required

  • 5+ years of experience and demonstrated knowledge Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and data & analytics platforms.

  • Solid understanding and knowledge of Azure Synapse, PowerBI, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and other related technologies.

  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and data integration platforms.

  • Strong understanding of modern data storage and evolution (Data Lake, Delta Lake, Lakehouse, etc.)

  • Strong experience in performance tuning and optimizations in PySpark and SQL
