CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Contract Operations Manager to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Management and coordination of branch, plant, or department operation strategies and activities and may assist with the review, development, and implementation of organizational policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals

  • Review, analyze, and prepare reports, records, and directives, and confer with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities

  • Assign or delegate responsibility for specified work or functional activities and disseminate policies and objectives to supervisors/staff

  • Organize resources to ensure effective production of goods and/or services, give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules, and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain

  • 5 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree; OR 12 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements

  • Performs all functional duties independently.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

  • Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners

  • Experience with high visibility projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
