Responsibilities: * Lead the planning, execution, and closure of enterprise-level projects/programs, adhering to industry best practices and company standards. * Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans. * Effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, identify dependencies, and resolve conflicts. * Monitor project progress and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. * Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery processes. * Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. * Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in [relevant field]; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects/programs with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of technology infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and/or other relevant technical domains.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all lev
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a program delivery manager
• Previous experience in classified environments
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to pursue and resolve issues independently
• Ability to prioritize and assess impacts of issues to other resources
• Problem solver with sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent collaboration skills; high-energy attitude

• Familiarity with project management across varied stakeholders and team members
• Demonstrated proficiency in tracking risks/issues and change and decision logs and maintaining meeting minutes
• Ability to communicate multi-directional (peer to peer, to varying levels of leadership) for project status and issues
