Insight Global IT Analyst in Akron, Ohio

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Analyst for one of our largest clients in Akron, Ohio. This individual will be supporting a company-wide integration and should be ready to hit the ground running right off the bat. They will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees using Microsoft Azure, attending new hire requests, file cleanup and providing intune set up on phones & cell phone support. They will not be providing phone support, but more so handling tickets for 300+ users. This position will sit onsite in Akron, Ohio five days a week and candidates will need to be available for after hour support.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in IT related field (needed in order to ever become full-time Parker employee)

* 2-5 years of professional IT support experience

* Heavy Active Directory experience

* ServiceNow ticketing system experience

* Microsoft Azure experience to onboard and offboard employees

* SCCM experience for imaging

* Office 365 experience -- troubleshooting MS Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, etc.

* Experience managing GPOs

* Intune experience for setting up phones and cell phone support * Experience setting up security groups or distribution lists null
