ASRC Federal Holding Company Unit Training Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico

ASRC Federal Netcentric Technologies is seeking a Unit Training Manager to support our customer located at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM.

The primary purpose of this position is to function as the Unit Training Manager (UTM), performing UTM duties as outlined in AFI 10-403, Deployment Planning and Execution, AFI 36-2651, Air Force Training Program, AFGSC supplements, and the Installation Deployment Plan. Employee will compile/analyze division-training data and provide a monthly and quarterly status of training report to the Base Civil Engineer (BCE). Employee is responsible for the unit level Prime BEEF Manager duties as outlined in AFI 10-210 and will perform Force Readiness Unit Administrator duties as outlines in AFI 10-201. Employee will also prepare monthly Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) Resource and Capability Readiness Assessments. In close coordination with the Unit Deployment Manager, UTM will prepare AEF UTC Reporting Tool (ART) reports and provide/brief the BCE. Position is organized and managed within the Emergency Management (EM) Services department.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates formal technical training course requirements for the division.

  • Performs analysis activities.

  • Provides technical guidance and recommendations to senior leadership regarding unit training status.

  • Manage deployment reporting to include Unit Type Code posturing; Air Expeditionary Force Reporting Tool (ART), AF-IT, DRRS; and individual status updates.

  • Other duties as assigned to support EM services department and UDM.

  • Occasional travel may be expected for this position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years' experience working as a Department of Defense Unit Deployment Manager (UDM) OR two years working as a Department of Defense Unit Training Manager (UTM) with

  • Minimum of five years total experience in related administrative, clerical, and/or database management.

  • Valid state-issued driver's license.

  • U.S. citizenship required

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

  • Recruitment incentives may/may not be authorized

  • Required to complete mandatory Air Force and local UTM training within six months from date of hire.

  • May be required to work other than normal duty hours to include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

  • Shift work and overtime may be required.
