ITK is seeking a Market Research Analyst to take the lead on all aspects of market research and conduct fact-based decision-making efforts in support of New Product Development projects. The successful candidate will engage with clients to uncover key objectives for new product development proposals, audits, and market evaluations, and will be responsible for uncovering the content necessary to draft new product development business plans and product market penetration audits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect data through modern and traditional methods on products, competitors, and markets
• Analyze and document data collected indicating the methods of collection used
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify opportunities for product expansion
• Prepare reports of findings which include translation into written text, graphics, and conclusions
• Make recommendations for feasible methods for market penetration
• Research competitors and compile data for benchmarking
• Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional teams
• Advise on new innovations in market research to meet the needs of a changing marketplace

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Analytical aptitude and data-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
