As the GBS Hub Head for O2C in Western Europe and Africa (WEA), you will be responsible for leading the regional O2C organization and managing operations. Furthermore, you are in charge of leading customer relationships to maintain the existing business and to support the development of additional and new service business within the context of true collaboration and mutual gain.

Your mission will be…

  • Drive performance measured by KPIs like cost/charges, productivity, employee engagement, CSI, USI.

  • Together with your teams, you are striving for the delivery of excellent O2C services that are exciting our customers.

  • Foster Hub synergies, continuous improvement, Quality Management and certifications/controls across the Hub Business Line.

  • Define and implement the BL strategy in the Hub and you ensure the alignment with the Hub WEA and global O2C Business Line strategy.

  • Develop and maintain BL-specific customer and stakeholder relationships in alignment with the respective CRM colleagues.

  • Further strengthen the WEA O2C Hub as a technology hotspot and driver of new services like Inside Sales in close partnership with our customers.

  • Drive leadership & people development incl. training, communication & retention to ensure a great people experience in your Hub BL.

  • Be responsible for budgets, financial performance and productivity of all O2C services in the Hub.

  • Be key driver in the region of the ongoing global transformation of the organization into an innovative digital solution provider.

  • Support GBS' transformation to a customer-oriented organization by fostering personal growth and driving agile mindset.

  • Foster collaboration with other GBS units.

We are looking for someone with…

  • Comprehensive business background which has been gained over many years (>8 years) in Customer Services, Sales, Technical Support, or comparable.

  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and Portuguese (preferred).

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, bringing strategic foresight which can inspire & transform our customer’s business operations.

  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to drive new business growth utilizing the full extent of the global organization.

  • A mindset that brings diversity of thought, resulting in an equitable and inclusive organization where all employees are valued.

  • Confidence to present and able to engage people and other stakeholders of different levels across the organization.

  • Flexibility to adapt quickly to situations that arise in the uncertain world in which we find ourselves.
