• Possess a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and network management, capable of overseeing the resort's technological framework
• Provide leadership in managing the IT Department, ensuring team members are motivated, knowledgeable, and working efficiently towards objectives
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with other departments to meet the resort's wide-ranging technological needs.
• Demonstrate exceptional project management abilities, showing the ability to lead complex IT projects from conception through to successful execution
