In this role, you will support the programs operations by providing your experience in organizational and digital transformation to expand the footprint of the program.

Requirements:

• Experience evaluating programs, projects, and policies by conducting research, and performing data analysis

• Strong research-related skills

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Familiarity with advising senior leadership on strategic matters

• Experience consulting commercial and/or government clients of large organizations

• Five (5) years of experience as a management consultant

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Organizational Psychology (or related discipline) from an accredited college or university

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Highly Preferred:

• Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in a related discipline

• Prior programming/data science experience
