Position Overview

Are you an experienced Account based marketer who loves developing and engaging customers through relevant, tailored campaign strategies? Are you looking for your next role on a collaborative ABM team that is focused on team success? This role may be for you!

As an Autodesk Account-based Marketing Manager, you will manage the strategy and development of Account-based Marketing plans, and associated campaigns to grow and retain your assigned accounts in partnership with the sales account managers. You will report to the Sr. Manager Account-based Marketing.

You will also work Hybrid or Remote.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver account portfolio research to lead ABSM strategies

  • Conduct ongoing account listening and intent data analysis for account portfolio

  • Develop annual ABM account strategy plans for our assigned accounts

  • Develop multi-channel ABM 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, including creating strategy, aligning our teams, and project managing execution

  • Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to lead, test, learn, and improve

  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to partners

  • Work with Americas Growth Marketing to use ABSM Marketing tools and integrations

  • Customize and build 2 campaigns per account or group per quarter

  • Meet with sales partners weekly or bi-weekly to provide updates on account data analysis, review campaign strategy, metrics, and new activities

  • Provide monthly pipeline reporting with outcomes

  • Partner with Sales to create tailored customer-centric campaigns

  • Work across Marketing, Customer Success, Technical Sales, and Inside Teams to provide a cohesive strategy

  • Test strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness

  • Employ data-driven techniques to evaluate campaign success

  • You will develop and meet an evolving plan

  • You will communicate new ideas, products, and campaign to all partners

  • You will be a Team player that works collaboratively

  • You will manage multiple ABM projects simultaneously

  • You will achieve results working with sales, marketing, and product teams

  • ABM martech familiarity preferred: 6Sense, Folloze, LinkedIn Navigator XiQ, Salesforce and Marketo

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in account based marketing or similar field

  • 5+ years total of marketing, business development, sales or related experience

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,600 and $182,160. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
