Program and Project Management
Join a team that delivers program leadership, PMO and portfolio management, and project management services that address the unique culture and objectives of clients. On our Program and Project Management team, you’ll manage end-to-end scope and schedule, cost, quality and assessment that helps clients achieve their desired goals. We tailor solutions for projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.

Location: Alpharetta, GA (must be able to work onsite M-F)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Own all responsibilities related to the successful iterative delivery of a solution as a scrum master including scheduling and facilitating agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint retro, etc.), supporting Solution Owner with backlog development and grooming and sprint demos, and proactively driving the team’s or teams’ continuous improvement efforts
Communicate proactively to stakeholders and leadership team on sprint metrics, status, and risks, be able to escalate up when roadblocks cannot be removed at the team level
Serve as agile coach for teams and peers
Advocate for agile process with teams, stakeholders and organization
Provide regular project status updates (at a project level)
What you will need:
Minimum five (5) years of experience managing teams using Agile methodologies, SCRUM experience preferred
Minimum five (5) years of experience directly leading large-scale projects
Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc)
Experience participating in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in a large Corporate environment.
Good coaching skills to show team how to follow Agile scrum
Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
PI Planning experience.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of project management and Agile tools, such as MS Suite, Visio, Jira, etc. Jira experience is required.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
