  • Design and Implement a competitive and best-in-class compensation strategy including pay structure, pay bands, bonuses, variable compensation and other financial rewards..

  • Design and Implement the communication plan for the firm’s compensation policies and programs.

  • Conduct analysis that identifies individuals that may fall outside competitive salary band structures.

  • Create/implement compensation plans that reward high performers throughout the firm.

  • Assist in identifying competitive pay structures for individuals who are transitioning into a new role.

  • Lead annual bonus/merit processes.

  • Prepare Gender Pay Gap UK government reporting.

  • Ensure accuracy in payout for all bonus offerings (Delivery, Travel, Annual, Lead Gen).

  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support leadership and decision making.

  • All other duties as assigned by manager.

What you will need:

  • Productivity – completes all work within the expected timeframe.

  • Accuracy of Work – completes all work in an accurate manner with few, if any, mistakes (especially with data).

  • Business Acumen – demonstrates capacity to operate role in line with the business needs, requirements, and changes.

  • Relationship Management – forms and maximizes relationships with business partners through effective and timely communication, responsiveness, knowledge share, and a solution-oriented approach.

  • HR Expertise – demonstrates HR expertise through decision-making and solutioning.

  • Communication – provides clear messaging through emails, NH Weekly updates, power point presentations, etc. to inform and influence the business.

  • Cultural Awareness – demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.


  • Completion of Annual Bonus/Merit Process.

  • Manage Merit/Bonus Allocations to align with Budget.

  • Accurate processing of pay changes.
