Data Strategy & Governance - Senior Business Architect
Data & Analytics is North Highland’s leading growth area and we are looking for a Senior Business Architect to make an impact within our Information Management and Data Engineering offering. This role is primarily responsible for growing portfolio accounts and developing the strategy and road map around data governance and data strategy solutioning and data engineering delivery.

Collaborate creatively with our client account teams to grow existing and build new client relationships with some of the most exciting brands in the world
Show a bias to action through high quality work delivered on time and on budget to our clients
Provide strategic thinking, solutions, roadmaps and project leadership for all Data & Analytics work
Put your team’s best ideas into action through planning and management; uncover gaps and omissions that may exist in a plan or deliverables.
Play a central role in your team’s growth through coaching and constructive review of ongoing engagements.
Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques and best practices including prototyping new architecture methods, tools and products that might provide future value to our clients
Be a thought leader by contributing to blog postings or white papers
Be part of the global thought leadership team on agile, digital transformation, cloud analytics, and modern data & analytics concepts
The ideal person will have:
A solid background in growing a data and analytics practice for a consulting agency or a mix of private firm/consulting firm experience
Deep knowledge in Modern Data Strategy and Governance, and Enterprise Business Intelligence solutions
Experience with design, development and deployment of complex data and/or analytical solutions
Enterprise data warehousing and dimensional data modeling
Agile project leadership experience
Expertise in data visualization specifically Tableau and/or QlikView
Experience leading project staffing, invoicing, budgeting, profitability analysis, and opportunity/funnel management
The ability to galvanize client stakeholders and teammates into action for a common goal through collaboration, building consensus, and authentically establishing credibility
Demonstrated success at developing a high-quality human experience through coaching, leadership and career development
A well-articulated sense of purpose and vision for your life and career
Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university
Travel: Nationwide travel required with more of a focus on the east coast region
