The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting North Highland’s overall digital and marketing automation strategy and execution. This includes driving marketing automation campaigns, leveraging demand generation tactics, and reporting on key metrics/results. It will be the responsibility of the Digital Marketing Analyst to develop key initiatives that increase awareness, website traffic, demand generation, knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Exciting work you will do:

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content

  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channel

  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine process to convert customers

  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends

  • Manage and segment lists based on behaviors such as past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)

  • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for each segment to convert leads into customers

  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes, while increasing the productivity of our email sends

  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email

  • Other responsibilities, as needed

What you will need:

  • 3-5 years of relevant digital and interactive experience; B2B or professional services experience a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or related field

  • Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics

  • Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics using Google Analytics, B2B Analytics Studio, and AdWords

  • Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation technology; Pardot and Salesforce experience is preferred

  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization

  • Self-starter with a passion for consistently keeping up with the latest digital trends, tools and platforms in the marketplace

  • Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong written communication skills
