The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote AireSpring products and services with an emphasis on the indirect channel. This role will involve managing all aspects of marketing, including trade shows and webinars, digital marketing, content creation, email, public relations, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, be self-motivated and articulate, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in telecommunications, cloud communications (UCaaS), IT Security  and other similar technology providers that also sell through channel partners are preferred.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

 

·Working closely with SVP Marketing, you will help develop and execute strategic marketing plans and programs to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

 

· Working as a peer with a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team's success.

 

· Oversee the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral, sales materials.

 

· Manage digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing, and social media advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive marketing qualified leads.

 

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, channel partner and customer needs, and competitive insights, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.

 

· Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

 

· Design, monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

 

· Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, media contacts, and strategic channel partners to enhance brand reputation and expand reach.

 

· Stay up to date on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Education and Experience:

 

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

· 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a management position.

 

· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

 

· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative marking solutions to achieve business objectives.

 

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.

 

Physical Requirements:

 

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
