PulteGroup Manager Compensation in Atlanta, Georgia
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing professional guidance, coordination, and support in the effective and consistent application of Pulte’s compensation structures and practices. Provides complex analysis of data to ensure that compensation plans support Pulte’s business objectives. Collaborates with People & Culture business partners, as well as HR Technology, Payroll, Legal and other functional groups, to implement compensation policies and changes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review job profiles, internal comparisons, and external market data and trends to make compensation recommendations.
Oversee participation in compensation surveys. Analyze survey results, identify market trends, and recommend changes to ensure market competitiveness.
Support governance and administration of job catalog and related pay structures.
Develop and analyze reports from our HR information system, survey systems and other databases.
Support the annual compensation review process for merit, bonus, and long-term incentives.
Ensure compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations through audits and legal reports.
Drive projects and tasks to completion through effective prioritization and cross-functional collaboration.
Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field from a four-year university required
2+ years of experience in compensation consulting, or 5+ years of progressive experience in other compensation roles required
Experience in HRIS and compensation systems (e.g. MarketPay. Payfactors) preferred.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred

Strong expertise of Excel – comfortable using pivot tables, V-look ups, and maneuvering through complex data sets

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects & priorities
Ability to work independently and prioritize within tight deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information
