North Highland Manager of Sales Analytics and Insights in Atlanta, Georgia

Manager of Sales Analytics and Insights

The primary objective of this role is to analyze and deliver insights about our pipeline and pre-pipeline performance, including meetings, origination, pipeline movement, pipeline conversion, etc. and turn this data into actionable information to change behaviors and bring focus that drives growth.

This will be enabled through:

  • Close alignment across sales operations and marketing and client teams to deliver insights

  • Using data analysis techniques to define sales and pre-sales KPIs

  • Being a critical thinker, by thoroughly defining problems and structuring analytical paths that disaggregates problems into key issues and selects efficient analytical approaches to solve

  • Clearly communicating the story behind the data, offering the "how" and "why" of data results and using simple data visualization to support.

  • Ability to learn, develop, and implement predictive analytics modeling.


  • Develop and continually analyze sales and funnel metrics to increase efficiency and drive revenue

  • Delivery insights to the business via a cadence of weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI reporting and, importantly, telling the story to senior leadership

  • Manage a bi-Weekly sales forecasting process that includes both the analytical methodology and ability to represent the model to gain qualitative information to adjust

  • Develop team members analytics and data storytelling competencies, including the direct management of at least one individual of the sales operations team


  • 3+ years of data modeling and analysis with demonstrated ability of presenting findings to leadership

  • Exposure within Sales Operations/ Enablement or other growth function is a plus

  • Past experience in a professional services is a plus

  • Assertiveness, directness, and a “company first” mentality

  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency

  • BS/BA required; graduate level degree a plus, but not required
