The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of Technology and Specialty Recruiting aligned recruiters in a highly consultative professional services firm or staffing agency.

As the Manager, Talent Acquisition over the Specialty Consulting Group, you will be responsible for driving and delivering recruiting results within our Data and Analytics, Technology, and Experience Design consulting practice. In addition, you will employ proven methodologies and strategic leadership to attract, develop and retain the best talent available and to position North Highland as an “Employer of Choice” for our Management Consulting Practice in the U.S. You will design and execute recruiting strategies based on current and projected business needs. These strategies include traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods and involve identifying differences in the markets so that a variety of approaches can be utilized and recruiting goals can be met. The success of these strategies is dependent upon the partnership between you and your business leaders and will rely on a regular exchange of information and feedback.

This role partners closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, Management Consulting to develop and implement strategies required to meet our talent needs at the portfolio, capability, or client level. As a trusted advisor, you serve as a champion for workplace excellence, collaborating closely with the entire Talent Acquisition team to ensure that recruiting solutions are planned and executed.

Exciting work you will do:

  • Leading and managing the Talent Acquisition team for the Specialty Consulting Practice

  • Assisting in the evaluation, implementation and ongoing success and evolution of recruiting tools for the Talent Acquisition team

  • Driving increased efficiency and effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team

  • Working cross-functionally to create and execute on recruiting programs across the firm

  • Managing ongoing reporting for the business within the function and to TA Leadership

  • Assisting to create scalable structure and programs for TA and to support continued and expanding organizational hiring needs

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of recruiting leadership experience preferably in a professional services firm, at least 3 years of which must be in technology

  • 7+ years of hands-on recruiting experience delivering client solutions at scale within professional services roles

  • This role will be located in the Atlanta, GA office

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Ability to proactively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook)

  • Professional demeanor, comfortable working with executives

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to proactively follow through on tasks and responsibilities without heavy supervision

  • Superb organizational skills with ability to prioritize a workload with changing priorities

  • Critical and creative thinking and seeking innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems

  • Able to build strong working relationships internally across North Highland’s US Offices, Divisions and Corporate functions
