Market Research Analyst – Qualitative & Quantitative

North Highland is seeking a Research Lead to assist with all phases of research projects, both primary and secondary, including questionnaire design, survey programming and verification, ongoing monitoring and updates on survey response, quantitative data analysis, and report creation/data visualization

Exciting work you will do:

  • Understand and conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including basic statistics and survey design

  • Mix of internal initiatives and client billable work. We work with some of the biggest brands in the world!

  • Create reports and uncover insights to capture significant findings

  • Conduct secondary research to support proposal development, marketing studies or POVs, and client project requests through the utilization of North Highland’s internal resources and data subscriptions as well as external resources, including data searches and interviews

  • Stay abreast of trends and best practices in client satisfaction, customer experience, analytics, data visualization, research and competitive intelligence to evaluate their relevance to industries and clients that North Highland serves

  • Other administrative responsibilities, as needed

What you will need:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, or related field.

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, or related field with strong research emphasis/interest

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive with limited supervision

  • Experience with direct client interface/interaction in a B2B environment

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to continually develop and grow

  • Moderate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Experience with Qualtrics / survey programming in Qualtrics a big bonus!

  • Some travel (less than 10%)
