As anIT/GISProduct OwnerIIon Weyerhaeuser’s TimberlandsITteam, you will play a critical role inthe delivery of ourdesktop,web,andmobileGISand non-GISplatforms and applications.You will work withcross-functionalbusinessteamsto understand their pain pointsandaspirations. You willpartner with the business tolead the direction ofexisting and newmobile and web applicationstocreate acohesive experiencethatempowersusers across devices, enhancesefficiency, and contributesto the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Note:This is a split role involvingownership of software products for theTimberlands ITCore Services teamandownership of GIS software products for the GIS Services team.

PrimaryResponsibilities
* Manage softwaresolutionsas products, including gathering requirements, working with business partners to estimatereturn on investment (ROI) for enhancements, providingend-user support, creatingroadmaps,testing solutions, and developingmeasurableadoption strategies.
* Partnerwith business stakeholders to understand workflowsandleverageyour product managementskillstoprovidea blend of custom andoff-the-shelf solutioningthatenhancetheendusers’experience. * Under general guidance and with minimal supervision, perform complex analysis, problem solving, implementation,testing,and documentation ofapplicationsolutions.
* Facilitate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to understand, rank, and prioritize business needs to ensure each product release delivers maximum businessvalue. * Develops strong relationships with vendorsand helps ensure WY needs are prioritized in vendor-supported solutions. * Manage product-related projects within IT PMO guidelines, including project budgetsand resourcecapacitymanagementplanning. * Own and perform testing activities including building test plans, writing test scripts, and coordinating testing with the business and/or product vendors prior to shipping arelease. * Lead product Change Boardstomaintainalignment of ongoing product investments with business leaders and a multi-year productroadmap. Collaborate with other IT teams to advance Weyerhaeuser’s Connected Forest vision, including GIS,Forest Management, Wood Flow Planning, Transportation, and Contract/Settlement systems.

  • Minimum offour(4)to six (6)years of progressive, relevantproject/product managementexperience.
  • Minimum of one year ofGIS experience/exposure.
  • Experience managingGISand non-GISsoftware development projects, including knowledge of both agile/iterative and traditional/waterfall project management principles, andfacilitatingsprint ceremonies.
  • Experience developing design specifications, evaluating options, contracting, andimplementingGISand non-GISsoftwaresolutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.
  • Activelyworkingto learn new skillstostay current with changing technologies and industry trendsandshareknowledge proactively with others.
  • Able to apply business knowledge tomanageand deliver innovative, value-added improvementsto products and services.
  • Excellentoral and written communication skills,skilledin communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent collaboration skills in working together with others across all IT segments.

Highly Valued * Experience overseeing a team and motivating them to complete their job duties and tasks effectively. * Experience configuring iOS and Android devices for delivery of mobile technologies. * Experience with the Microsoft Intune Platformand Mobile Application Management. * Proficient with the ESRI ArcGIS platform, including ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, Server, Enterprise/Portal, and Field Maps.
* Experience with the delivery of application on theOutSystemsPlatform. Experience withPowerBI, API connectivity, andStructure Query Language (SQL), and/or Python programming Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM principles and practices. Familiarity with forestry and land title concepts and datasets.

Location The work associated with this role will be performed in a hybrid capacity: partial telework, partial in one of our major US offices (Seattle, WA; Atlanta, GA; Springfield, OR, Vancouver, WA; Hot Springs, AR; Madison, GA, Columbia Falls, MT).
*Compensation *

This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $92,500 - $138,700 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

*Paid Time Off or Vacation *

We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
