CANDIDATE (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS) At least 3 - 5 years of demonstrated experience with Agile or other rapid development methods Experience in Cloud services especially AWS Experience developing, testing and deploying analytics solutions Experience with VersionOne/Agility tool (or equivalent like Jira, etc.) and GIT Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with management, staff and customers as well as demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning skills Must also have the ability to proactively monitor and control task status by collecting and analyzing task data to anticipate and address barriers Works well within tight deadlines (able to prioritize) Strong experience in discovery, identification, and documentation Ability to work with multiple IT and business teams to gather and document requirements Ability to work independently to achieve exceptional results Knowledge of work required when building, deploying and scaling applications in cloud platform (AWS - preferred, GCP, Azure) Must be able to prioritize work on multiple project teams, with the overall goal of satisfying all deployment needs and effectively supporting diverse clients Be flexible with the product team rotation and learning difference areas and products with a continuous learning mindset

Job Title and Code: Technical Product Engineer (Scrum Master)

Job Description:

The Opportunity The Technical Product Owner role will play a key role on the Enterprise Data Services team, responsible for transforming data from disparate systems to provide insights and analytics for business stakeholders. You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, DBAs, cross-functional teams, and business teams. You will leverage Agile methodology to support clarity and velocity for a breadth of data related work delivery. The ideal Tech Product Owner, will have worked in an Agile / Scrum / Kanban environment, partnered with business stakeholders (Product Owners, Product Managers) in defining agile requirements (Epics, Features and Stories) and enabling agile teams to deliver. [Note: IT works in a rotating hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office per week - full remote work is not authorized].

Your responsibilities in this role: Working closely with the Business Area Managers, Senior Product Managers and development teams to ensure our team clearly understands the required functionality to meet business needs Collaborating with product, project and development stakeholders and teams, gathering requirements, coordinating dependencies, and identifying risks and opportunities Working closely with the Product Owner on one or more Agile development teams by translating product inputs into well-defined functional requirements and user stories Lead story grooming sessions or requirements clarifications sessions Write necessary User Stories to deliver outcomes Prioritize the backlog, groom and maintain healthy backlog Participate in sprint ceremonies and accept the stories to sign off for deployment/migration.
