North Highland Program Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Director Continuous Improvement Contract to Hire

  • Looking for someone w/strong PMO skills and process skills

  • A current or former consultant-type would be ideal, as they’re used to working w/executives, solving business problems

  • People who can work w/ambiguity, politics, storytelling.

  • Formal project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP or equivalent 10+ years progressive work experience in consultancy or related fields

  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects in a formal program director role

  • Experience with Continuous Improvement initiatives or similar experience

  • Experience with multi-national organization

Team / Individual Capabilities: Ability to build strong working relationships and gain confidence and respect of key leaders Requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time Flexible approach to change, with a positive attitude to fluctuating workload Some of the initiatives could range from contact center re-vamps to analytics to loyalty fraud. This position is on the business side so strong business knowledge/acumen would be required.

Would involve occasional international travel.
