Our client is looking for an experienced Agile Enterprise project manager who can work in a dynamic development environment.
The right person for this role must be delivery focused, and have great communications skills. A great relationship exists between the information technology and business teams, and the person is expected to maintain and hopefully strengthen the relationship.
Criteria for Success :

A high degree of integrity and maintain a trusting relationship with the teams, Scrum Masters and leadership.
Develop a good working relationship with the Product Owner that in turn fosters a healthy relationship between the Product Owner and the team.
Develop the Scrum Masters respect and be willing to help remove impediments so that Scrum Masters and their teams are successful.
Must facilitate discussion and alternatives or different approaches as well as fostering the adoption of Agile best practices for Program and Portfolio management.
Be politically savvy and understand our relationship with our business partners is one of extreme importance.
Develop a good working relationship with PMO team. • Has a fundamental understanding of the business as well as our technical architecture and Agile technical best practices.
Must continually be growing ones craft learning new tools and techniques to optimize our throughput and workflow.
Role & Responsibilities:
Educates, coaches and provides ongoing, proactive support to the Team and broader organization in pragmatically defining, implementing and improving Agile Program and Portfolio best practices.
Provides an active role in removing impediments impacting the Team’s ability to develop and deliver solutions, whether technical, organizational or of any other cause.
Facilitates Team delivery of solutions ¬ without coercion, assignment, or task¬ management of the work.
Enables and improves intra¬ and inter¬ Team discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
Creates and maintains master schedules, budgets and related information including
Project Metrics and Status Reports • Program risks and issue resolution • Cross functional teams engagement
Communication with Stakeholders • Owns all Program/Project responsibilities as relates to Estimation, Finance, Clarity, and PMO Governance processes.
Provides leadership to the Team and Business partners in strategic efforts such as road mapping and planning. As well as tactically supporting day to day operational needs of the Teams. Especially with systems, processes and organizations which are external to the Team but essential to its success.
Skills and Competencies:
Proven ability to drive difficult projects to completion
Work with offshore Dev/QA teams
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals
Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics
Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using
basic root cause analysis
Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications, MS Project and/or Visio
Highly organized with good time management skills • Customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills
Analytical thinker with creative problem solving skills and attention to detail Education
