The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with our Recruiting team and Hiring Managers to support the growth of our fast-paced firm. Candidate experience will be your mantra. You will be the hub of our recruitment operations and will be our invaluable partner in helping guide candidates through our FTE and Contract recruiting path. You have the ability to shift gears quickly while being able to think proactively. And most importantly, you enjoy the challenge of building a great team of talented individuals while helping to scale the business.

Exciting work you will do:

  • Support recruiting and hiring managers with full life cycle recruiting processes

  • Own the Affiliate (Contractor) life-cycle, from on-boarding to off-boarding

  • Create a welcoming and positive candidate experience

  • Own interview logistics (i.e. scheduling on-site and video interviews, making travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, conference room scheduling)

  • Contribute to our social media presence and employer branding initiatives

  • Coordinating talent events to attract candidates (i.e. recruiting events, meetups, hackathons, etc.)

  • Assist with general meeting preparation and other administrative support as needed

  • Participation with internal recruitment projects and wider North Highland initiatives

What you'll need:

  • Experience as a recruiting coordinator or administrative function in the people space

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel guru!)

  • Obsessive with details, being highly organized, and deadline driven

  • Natural curiosity; you're innovative, creative, and constantly looking for opportunities to optimize processes

  • Customer focused; you are all about service and partnership

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy

  • Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information

  • Ideal if you have prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Exposure to contract or graduate recruitment a plus

  • Big bonus for any social media marketing experience
