Sales Operations/ Enablement Manager
North Highland is looking for an experienced Sales Operations/ Enablement Manager to join our collaborative team of experts. If you are passionate about enabling/coaching sellers, building demand generation frameworks, managing a pipeline and leading a change management effort, this role is for you.
The primary objective of this role is to influence the framework/ process of demand generation and work alongside the selling teams to put it into action.
This will be enabled through:
Close alignment with portfolios and account teams and winning hearts and minds of a better way
Enhanced collaboration and integration with our BD, Operations, and Marketing teams
Clearly defining metrics and measurable objectives with visibility through dashboarding
Driving our model of accountability where we drive growth in a team environment
Coordinate, conduct Deal Reviews of pursuits early in the funnel
Influencing how we pursue business including getting the right people at the right time to win
Supporting client teams in executing our Demand Generation framework including education, training, adoption and change management
Perform some advanced sales/ pipeline analysis for use in presenting to firm leadership or leveraging for change management/ adoption outcomes
May include direct management of individuals on the Sales Operations team, but will include the ability to coach less experienced team members to increase the scalability of your work
Work with marketing team to drive our content marketing campaigns/ CSAT program including lead generation/ process within the field
7+ years in Sales Operations/Enablement or equivalent function with significant exposure to field sales teams end-to-end process of demand generation
Awareness of Miller Heiman methodologies including LAMP or equivalent program
Strong senior executive engagement and influence skills leveraging demonstrated expertise and applied knowledge of North Highland.
Past experience in a professional services or B2B selling environment
Strong presentation skills
Master-level proficiency in Salesforce (Lighting a plus)
Assertiveness, directness, and a “company first” mentality
Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
BS/BA required; MBA a plus, but not required
