Exciting work you will do:

  • Draft blogs, case studies, video scripts, and long form thought leadership with subject matter expert (SME) and firm leadership input

  • Conduct discovery calls with internal partner teams, bringing strong understanding of firm go-to-market strategy

  • Synthesize primary and secondary research findings and use insights to bolster content development efforts

  • Support in the development/formalization of a consistent thought leadership voice that aligns to brand voice guidelines

  • Regularly update the thought leadership catalog as new pieces publish

  • Coordinate with Design to help shape messaging into compelling visuals for flagship publications (e.g. infographics)

  • Provide input on solution naming, event taglines, etc.

  • Support solution materials development

  • Facilitate ongoing updates to website language in alignment to brand voice guidelines and firm go-to-market strategy

What you will need:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in content marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.

  • Degree in communications, English, journalism, or related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive with limited supervision

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to continually develop one’s skills

  • Ability to lead conversations with SMEs and firm leadership, balancing multiple inputs and sources of feedback in the development of a clear, consistent message

  • Ability to extract compelling insights from subject matter experts (SMES) by asking strategic questions

  • Ability to shape compelling narratives and analogies that clearly illustrate business trends and topics

  • Eagerness to learn about new business topics and develop strong command of subject matter on a diverse range of topics

  • Professional Services content development experience a plus

  • Familiarity with AP style and MLA style
