Exciting work you will do:

  • Work on business cases, feasibility studies and vendor selection

  • Develops complex requirements, or leads a team of resources in the development of requirements, for process or system solutions which may span multiple business domains by partnering with stakeholders

  • Consult with leaders of business units to elicit, review, define and document business requirements

  • Facilitate workshops with NH resources to elicit and prioritize requirements

  • Document the as-is and to be business processes

  • Work with NH Workday developers to size requests and place on development roadmap

  • Manage the NH Workday development roadmap

  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing

  • Manage the Change Control Process for Workday development

  • Manage the twice-yearly Workday release testing and deployment plan

  • Drive and support improvement of NH business processes and support critical business strategies by supporting IT Management with building the development, implementation, and maintenance plans for our core enterprise business applications systems

  • Assist in design of the end to end support model and processes for application support

  • Build relationships across all business areas and supports internal Service Level Agreements

  • Provides insight and aids in the evolution of applications, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of how current processes impact business operations across multiple domains

  • Manage the triage and report out the resolution of Incident and Change tickets within the Workday domain area

  • Aid in data management exercises that require Excel proficiency.

  • Work with IT Management to develop approaches to empower functional stakeholders and monitor functional area adoption.

  • Practices self-leadership and promotes learning in others by building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders

What you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area

  • 10+ years of requirements gathering and meeting facilitation

  • 10+ years developing and understanding business process flows

  • 2+ years of experience with Workday HCM and PSA modules

  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methods of working

  • Experience with some combination of human resources, payroll, compensation, performance management processes, resource management, finance and accounting, professional services administration and systems application

  • Experience in working with various reporting systems and tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university in the area of specialty

  • Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal

  • Strategic, thoughtful direction with strong Value Proposition

  • Ability to work and lead projects in a matrix organization

  • Ability to work in ambiguity and help form ways forward

  • Ability to prioritize incoming requirements, and challenge the norm to provide creative solutions to solve business process challenges

  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through with the ability to meet multiple deadlines and ongoing projects

  • Experience with some combination of the following systems in order of importance: Workday, Bullhorn, Salesforce

  • Experience with Microsoft tools such as: Excel, Visio, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
